What working together looks like.

Individual Therapy

Weekly · 50 minutes · Telehealth

For adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and patterns that keep repeating. I ask questions that help you see things differently, and I offer perspective when you are stuck. Some sessions focus on emotional processing. Others are about decisions and next steps for the week. We connect what you understand to what you do.

Deep Work Intensives

90–120 minutes · Limited availability

For clients in ongoing therapy who need more room than a standard session allows. We narrow the focus on a specific pattern, decision, or block, go deeper, and close with specific practices for the weeks ahead. Mention this during your consultation.

Couples Therapy

You, your partner, and the relationship

The relationship has its own history and its own patterns. When you can see those patterns clearly, each person can look at their role without carrying all the blame. We look at how you both handle conflict, distance, and repair, and build communication skills that fit your specific dynamic.

Private Pay

This is a private pay practice. I do not bill insurance directly, but I provide superbills for out of network reimbursement and have partnered with Mentaya to make that process simple. Many clients find their plans cover a significant portion. Rates and details discussed during consultation.

Getting Started
From first call to real movement.
01

Consultation

15 minutes to talk about what brought you here, what you are looking for, and how I can help.

02

Intake

Your first full session. We go deeper than the consultation: your history, what you have tried, what worked and what did not, and what you actually want to be different. We leave with clear goals.

03

Ongoing Sessions

This is where the work happens. We meet weekly. Each session builds on the last. As things shift, we adjust. The focus stays on what is actually changing and what still needs to move.

Common Questions
What to know before we start.
What can I expect in sessions?
I ask questions, offer perspective, and push back when something is not working. Sessions are 50 minutes, weekly, by telehealth. Some are more emotional. Others are more strategic. Most are both.
How often do we meet?
Weekly. Consistency is what makes the work land. Once we have built a solid foundation, we can talk about adjusting frequency based on where you are.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on what you are working on. Some clients see real shifts in three to four months. Others are working on deeper patterns and stay longer. Sometimes what brings you into therapy is not what keeps you there. We may identify other areas worth focusing on as the work unfolds. We check in regularly so you always know where things stand, and any changes in direction are ones we make together.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out of network provider. Many clients use their out of network benefits for partial reimbursement. I have partnered with Mentaya to handle claims paperwork, and I provide superbills if you prefer to submit on your own.
What does therapy cost?
This is a private pay practice. Rates are discussed during your consultation because I want you to have all the information you need before making a decision. If cost is a concern, I would rather have that conversation early than have it become a barrier.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice required. Late cancellations and no shows are charged a fee. Your session time is held specifically for you, and protecting that consistency is part of what makes the work effective. Details are provided before we start.
What if I am not sure therapy is right for me?
That is okay. Most people feel some version of that before they start. The consultation is a good place to begin. Fifteen minutes, no commitment. You tell me what is going on and we figure out together whether this is the right place to start.

Ready to move beyond coping.

If I sound like the right fit, let's talk. Fifteen minutes, no commitment. We will talk about what is going on and whether I can help.
